Directions for use:

Plug the tubes in each of the connectors in the air chambers.
Introduce the massage insoles in the boots and enter the legs.
Put the thigh cuffs on.
Connect the main hose to the compressor and press the button to start the treatment.
Wait during the treatment while the pneumatic chambers are filled and emptied of compressed air.
Using the + and - buttons you can increase and decrease the speed of inflation / deflation of the chambers. If you do not press any buttons, the display shows the remaining treatment time.
When the treatment ends, the device automatically turns off.
Take off the boots and cuffs.
Gently press the pneumatic chambers before you store them to empty the remaining air.

This is a good product that compresses the lower and upper legs and helped my swollen legs (lymphodemia). It’s easy to set up. It did come with a 2 pin plug so I had to go out and buy an adapter to use it here in the uk.
