Your customer service is a rip off service and despite the fact that I have send many emails and asked for the instruction on how to set up the equipment , it has failed and still have not received any information on how to use it. . You are selling a product without any instruction on how to use it and you want me to give you a good rating . never ever will buy anything from you again.
